Cuore di palme farmhouse

In an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by a wide organic citrus land we find "Cuore di palme" with its swimming pool. 

The swimming pool is large 15 x 8 meters and 3,5 m deep in the upper part (with trampoline) and 1,2 m in the bottom part; shared with guests; it has a particular heating system, via solar panels. Seasonal opening from June to September

With the formula of "holiday homes", it has accomodations equipped with kitchens and private bathrooms. 

The building, in white Mediterranean style, is surrounded by many varieties of palm trees that frame the pool for common use of the vacationers. 

The furniture is comfortable and of quality. Each unit has a terrace / veranda and parking place.  

The pool is shared by all the guests, included in the rental fee and without limits of timetable. 

An ideal place for families with children, romantic getaways, group get-togethers. But thanks to its strategic location "Cuore di palme" is also a great place for those who come for business reasons.

The town of Floridia is only 1 km (for shopping, restaurants, bars ...); Syracuse is at about 12 km, the beaches at about 15 minutes away by car. 

Cuore di palme is located near (3 km) the 18-hole Golf course "Monasteri Golf resort". 

Among the amenities: free wi-fi internet included in the price.

• • "Trilo" made of : one double bedroom , one twin bedroom (which we can transform into another double), a fully equipped kitchen that is also a living room , a bathroom with large shower box.

  • "Terrace" is located on the first floor of the main house, where the palm garden and the pool are set. It 's a studio, with a day area and a night area. The first is complete with built-in kitchen with Sicilian terracotta and pieces of antique furniture of the old nobility of Syracuse. In this area you can request to add the third bed in sofa bed with orthopedic mattress. The night part is complete with double bed, wardrobe , bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower.
  
  Huge terrace of about 300 mt.q. accessible only to residents of the " terrace"
